Jesus Christ is the reason for this school. He is the unseen but ever present teacher in all of its classes. He is the model of its faculty and the inspiration of its students.

The philosophy of St. Joseph's School is rooted in the belief that each student is a child of God who has been created for a definite purpose and destined for eternal life in heaven.

Students have the benefit of daily instruction in the truths and values of the Catholic faith. There is a weekly Mass for the student body and the sacrament of reconciliation is made available periodically.

All schools are required to follow the curriculum provided by the diocese. Emphasis is placed on mastering the fundamentals in all areas of study. Parents are kept informed of their child's progress and are encouraged to take an active interest in promoting a quality education for their child.
