MISSION STATEMENT

At St. Joseph’s, Jesus Christ is the reason for this school. He is the unseen but ever present teacher in all of its classes. He is the model of its faculty and the inspiration of its students.

VISION STATEMENT

St. Joseph Catholic School is a joyful, faith-filled community where home, church, and school walk together. Rooted in Christ and guided by love, we form students in the Catholic faith and help each child become the saint God created them to be. With excellent education and strong character, our students learn, serve, lead, and succeed.

PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION

At St. Joseph Catholic School, we believe that each child is a unique creation of God, called to grow in faith, knowledge, and virtue. Guided by our 5Cs—Christ, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Critical Thinking—we are committed to educating the whole child in a Christ-centered environment.

We believe:

Every child is a unique creation of God, with gifts and a purpose.

Parents are the first and most important educators—we succeed when school, home, and parish work together.

Faith should be lived daily—through prayer, service, love, and example, with Christ at the center of all we do.

Learning should be joyful, challenging, and rooted in Catholic values, encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

A safe, respectful, and supportive environment promotes spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth.

Students should be prepared to be productive citizens and future leaders—faithful, kind, and ready to lead and serve, equipped with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Discipline should teach responsibility, support learning, promote reconciliation, and help build a strong, faith-filled community.

At St. Joseph, we strive to form disciples of Christ who are thoughtful, compassionate, and equipped to make a difference in the world.
